The Belle Plaine Subdivision is a 18.9 mile branch line which extends from Belle Plaine to Legacy. At Belle Plaine, the subdivision joins the Kalium Spur which in turn provides access the the Indian Head Subdivision. North of Legacy is K+S trackage which continues another 8 miles to their potash mine.
